Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality recommended
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and wrists
- Ability to lift and carry laundry supplies and other items
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must comply with food safety standards
- Must maintain professional grooming and uniform standards
- Available to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Must follow all company policies and procedures

- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines

- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Ability to clock in and out accurately for shifts and breaks
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events within the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Ensure all workspaces are clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests while cleaning and maintaining hospitality
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time
- Submit timely and accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to exceed traditional role boundaries
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming and positive environment
- Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly
- Deliver hot food items promptly from kitchen to tables
- Input orders and process payments accurately using POS systems
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks as a barista
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Observe diners and respond promptly to requests
- Complete daily inventory prep and other side work
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Follow food safety and handling policies and procedures
- Assist with maintaining restaurant cleanliness
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
