Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service or related field a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of performing repetitive hand and wrist motions
  • Must be able to lift moderate weights such as linens and supplies
  • Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication
  • Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shift times
  • Ability to clock in and out for shifts and breaks accurately
  • Must provide advance notice when calling out from scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Friendly service delivery with a smile
  • Flexible scheduling availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide clear descriptions of food and beverage options
  • Deliver hot-to-order items promptly from kitchen to tables
  • Input orders accurately into POS system and handle payments securely
  • Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks as a barista
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
  • Observe diners and respond promptly to their requests
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheets and other allowable side work
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings and hotel amenities
  • Escort guests to tables when required
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in keeping the restaurant and surrounding areas clean and organized
