Job Requirements
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- Ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder
- New Mexico liquor server’s license and a Food Handlers Card
- Legible handwriting is a must
- Prior food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of banquet items and proper placement procedures
- Professional appearance
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text

Job Duties
- Acknowledges and responds to customers promptly
- Delivers food and beverages to guest’s table
- May be required to provide buffet style service
- Monitors food quality, reporting variances to the banquet captain
- Returns to each assigned table regularly to determine the customer’s additional needs
- Ensures that banquet facilities are orderly and clean
- Provides fast, friendly service to customers
