Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to lift, carry, push and pull in excess of 75 pounds
- ability to stand and move quickly for periods of up to 4 hours
- good sense of balance and ability to bend and kneel
- effective verbal and written communication in English
- capacity to handle stressful situations and interruptions
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate
- strong interpersonal skills to maintain excellent relations with co-workers and guests
- self-directed with decision-making capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- good physical stamina and balance

Job Duties
- Prepare and set dining room and service areas according to BEO and department standards
- greet guests and answer questions regarding food items, beverages and service
- ensure all course and beverages are served promptly, including plated, buffet style or family style events
- maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standards
- may present, open and pour wine
- assist with break down of salad dishes, glassware and linen
- follow all policy and procedures according to company and department
- maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas throughout shift, responsible for closing duties according to department standards
- maintain the highest standards of professionalism to guests and co-workers
- work quickly and under minimum supervision
- lift, carry, pull and push a maximum of 30 pounds
- perform other duties as assigned
