Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a fine dining or steakhouse environment
- Ability to work dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding food and beverage service
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in fine dining or steakhouse service
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine and culture preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
