Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a fine dining or steakhouse environment
  • Ability to work dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding food and beverage service

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in fine dining or steakhouse service
  • Familiarity with Italian cuisine and culture preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
