Job Requirements
- Maintain required food handlers certifications
- Ability to prepare tables, present menus, and answer questions about food and service
- Ability to write and relay food orders accurately to kitchen staff
- Capability to serve food courses promptly from kitchen and service bars
- Ability to clear and reset counters or tables between courses
- Capability to assist in maintaining cleanliness and stock levels of dining areas and serving stations
- Willingness to work part-time evening shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
- Write food order and relay order to kitchen
- Serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
- Maintain required food handlers certifications
