Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous food server experience preferred
ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
complete open availability as required by union
ability to follow federal, state, and local alcohol service regulations
customer-focused mindset
ability to work under varying schedules and hours
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a food server in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of food and beverage service standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
