Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • complete open availability for shifts as required by the union
  • must be able to handle varying hours and schedule changes
  • legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work various shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
  • ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
