Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- complete open availability for shifts as required by the union
- must be able to handle varying hours and schedule changes
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work various shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays
- strong customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
- ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
