- Complete open availability including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Must be part of Local 6 Union
- Ability to work varying shifts and schedules based on seniority and business needs
- Comfortable with fluctuating hours and unpredictable weekly schedules
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
