Job Requirements
- Flexible scheduling including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Minimum of 3-4 consistent shifts per week
- Ability to start by August 15th or sooner
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to uphold high standards of member and guest satisfaction
- Commitment to appearance and cleanliness of facilities
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks
- Team oriented
- Previous experience in a similar environment preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- TIPS certification preferred
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive service to members and guests
- Learn and remember member preferences
- Accurately answer questions about multiple menus
- Maintain high standards of service quality and cleanliness
- Support teamwork and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team
- Balance multiple tasks effectively
