Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Compliant with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Warmly greeting and acknowledging guests within 30 seconds of entering
- Taking guests' drink and food orders accurately
- Processing and collecting payments using point-of-sale systems
- Handling money, credit and debit card transactions while adhering to cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
- Making tailored food and drink recommendations to guests, including allergen information
- Creating and delivering first-class customer experiences in national and local brand settings
