Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with company safety and health standards
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude

- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness is a plus
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Warmly greets guests and takes food and drink orders within 30 seconds
- Accurately totals, processes, and collects payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handles money and processes credit and debit cards in compliance with cash handling procedures
- Displays knowledge and enthusiasm for the menu and products
- Makes recommendations to guests, especially regarding food allergens
- Creates and delivers first-class experiences for travelers
- Maintains high safety and health standards in the workplace
