Job Duties
- Guide guests through dining experience using a consistent high-quality service approach
- Accurately take and enter orders ensuring attention to details modifications and allergy concerns
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly throughout service
- Offer menu and beverage recommendations including wine beer and cocktail pairings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage menus daily specials and events
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to coordinate timing and accommodate special requests
- Maintain clean organized stations and follow all sidework and closing procedures
- Process guest payments accurately in compliance with cash-handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless service
