Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food service setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
- Capability to handle cash and operate related equipment
- Knowledge and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Basic proficiency in English
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Delivers food promptly and maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follows up periodically to assist with any additional guest requests or needs
- Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on food and drink combinations
- Accommodates special requests and notes preferences including specialized diets and allergens
- Communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special accommodations
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills and maintains flexibility and patience when interacting with guests and staff
- Collects tickets and adheres to proper cash-handling procedures
- Promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- Maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical guest information
- Addresses complaints promptly and communicates issues to supervisors
- Ensures dining room setup before and after service periods
- Operates equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- Collaborates with other department staff during special events and functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
