Job Requirements
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs
- Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
- Can have mobility and motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal right to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to memorize menu items and product knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
Job Duties
- Provide service to guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive attitude
- Take orders, receive payment, accurately count back change, and be responsible for all transactions
- Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant
- Maintain positive attitude and work as a team with other employees
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards
