Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server/restaurant experience
- Active Louisiana responsible vendor's license
- Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High energy and stamina
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to follow instructions

Job Duties
- Recommending and selling beverages to guests
- Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
- Serving food and drinks to guests
- Entering all orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, accepting money, and making changes when needed
- Assisting the bartender with stocking, inventory, and general cleaning, ensuring compliance with all State and local alcohol ordinances
- Performing cleaning side work as assigned
- Completing all service paperwork as required
- Supporting waiters and kitchen staff in other duties as required
- Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
