Job Requirements
- Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work at a quick pace
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain menu items and answer guest questions
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly verbal greeting
- Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
- Present menu and answer questions about menu items and preparation methods
- Serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate special meat requests to Churrasqueiros
- Place orders with cashiers and assist with payment processing
- Assist other servers when appropriate
- Complete opening and closing shift duties
