Job Requirements
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs
- exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
- can have mobility and motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- availability to work day shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service oriented
- ability to memorize menus and daily specials
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Provide service to guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive attitude
- take orders, receive payment, accurately count back change, and be responsible for all transactions
- memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant
- maintain positive attitude and work as a team with other employees
- demonstrate excellent communication skills
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
