Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- minimum of 2 years of experience as a fine dining server in a restaurant or similar environment
- must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- must have an Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
- must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Job Qualifications

- well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
- extensive knowledge of menu offerings and ability to make recommendations to guests

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they are escorted to their table
- ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
- distribute menus and provide recommendations based on their preference
- present the daily specials and upsell menu items
- answer questions regarding the menu
- take accurate orders of food and beverage and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are communicated effectively
- deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests and ensure all dishes are presented and served according to high standards of quality and presentation
- monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any complaints or concerns ensuring all issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- work closely with the kitchen staff and other servers to ensure all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional
- follow safety and sanitation protocols including proper handling and storage of food and beverages
- prepare customers' checks and collect payments
- perform other related duties as assigned
