Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to carry and transport tray with dishes
- Good physical stamina and endurance
- Willingness to follow health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide helpful and courteous service to all guests throughout their dining experience
- Transport all dirty tableware to kitchen to be cleaned
- Service water, bread, butter and start appetizers
- Maintain coffee service
- Refill water glasses
- Change ashtrays
- Assist servers
- Observe opening and closing side work duties in the restaurant to ensure completion of daily tasks
- Other duties as assigned
