Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or senior living
- Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment
- Ability to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Must be available for shifts 3:30 PM - 8 PM or 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- CPR and First Aid certification as required
- ServeSafe certification
- Ability to pass drug test and physical evaluations
- Compliance with Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination mandates as applicable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to participate in training and team meetings
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide support in day-to-day dining room operations while maintaining a high quality, positive, and safe environment
- Provide dining service training to new care managers
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and assist residents with selections
- Take and serve meal and beverage orders according to guidelines
- Attend pre-meal briefings and follow food handling policies
- Perform dining room checklist inspections for cleanliness and readiness
- Maintain assigned tables and surrounding areas
- Perform dining room set-up and re-set tables
- Support dining room decorum and etiquette standards
- Complete opening and closing checklist criteria
- Assist in tabletop inventories maintenance
- Review and document pertinent resident information
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Practice safe food handling to prevent food borne illnesses
- Complete cleaning assignments and maintain safe work areas
- Assist in organizing dining room supplies and flow
- Adhere to occupational health and safety requirements
- Use personal protective equipment and safety protocols
- Participate as an active team member and support team goals
- Attend meetings and maintain compliance with required training
- Perform other duties as assigned
