Job Duties
- Assisting servers and bartenders with table and service station maintenance
- quickly deliver food from kitchen to guest tables using proper serving techniques
- serving and refilling water and beverages to guests
- keeping ice stations filled
- storing clean dishes, silverware, and glassware at appropriate stations
- removal of used utensils and dishes, crumbing and cleaning and resetting tables
- set-up and break-down of tables, chairs, displays, etc. for banquet events
- assist in banquet event resets by moving both tables and chairs
