Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • physical stamina to perform duties including standing and moving for long periods
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • assist waitstaff in food and drink delivery
  • bus and clean tables, reset them for the next guests, and keep dining areas tidy
  • help maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
  • learn and familiarize yourself with the menu items and key ingredients to assist with guest questions
  • collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient service
  • be willing to cross-train and assist in related positions as needed
  • demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, supporting your teammates in every way possible
