Job Requirements
- Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
- San Diego County Food Handlers card not required upon hire
- Responsible Beverage Service certification

Job Duties
- Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary
- Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
- Provide unobtrusive and professional service
- Provide water throughout the meal to guests
- Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down
- Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons
- Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant
- Assist servers when needed
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff
