Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • minimum of one year experience in fine dining service
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year fine dining server assistant experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for food and hospitality
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to team collaboration and guest satisfaction
  • adherence to "Be FAIR" ideals: friendly, accommodating, inclusive, respectful
  • age 18 or older for alcohol service compliance

Job Duties

  • Assist servers in ensuring timely and efficient service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • set and clear tables according to fine dining standards
  • replenish service stations as needed
  • ensure guests have necessary dining utensils and condiments
  • support guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests
  • collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
