Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year experience in fine dining server assistant role
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older due to alcohol service laws
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations and dining areas
- replenish table settings and condiments
- respond promptly to guest requests and needs
- assist with bussing tables
- support the service team in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
