- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to carry and balance a tray
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- flexible availability including weekends
- legal work authorization for Beverly Hills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
- previous experience of 1 year desired
- high analytical and organizational skills
- proficiency in speaking, writing and reading English
- flexible schedule and ability to work different shifts and some weekends
Job Duties
- Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
- assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations
- comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
