Job Duties
- assists the server to consistently deliver a quality experience for guests
- prepare food stations and maintaining organized and clean guest tables
- ensure that food safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
- serving food and drink to guests at the direction of the server
- clean, clear, and reset tables in preparation for arriving guests
- acting as a connection between front-of-house and back-of-house when necessary
- handling guest concerns and complaints, notifying server and manager when necessary
- other duties as assigned
