Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed
- Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
- Assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness
- Learn to operate the Host Stand
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions
- Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
- Process all payment methods
- Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
