Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekdays weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work in a union environment with variable hours
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and carrying

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service including serving beverages and breads
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
