Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Availability to work evenings weekends holidays and Sunday mornings
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Demonstrated dedication to career progression in fine dining
- Ability to work evening shifts including weekends holidays and occasional Sunday mornings

Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service including serving beverages and breads
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
