- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to climb stairs, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs
- comfort working around hot equipment and in warm, busy environments

Job Duties
- Clean, clear, and reset tables with speed and accuracy
- ensure supplies, equipment, and service areas remain clean and well-maintained
- assist members with requests or concerns in a friendly, professional manner
- run food from the kitchen to tables in the grille or banquet events
- help pre-set dining tables
- assist with light setup for private events
- communicate clearly with servers and leadership to keep service flowing
