Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • maintain uniform cleanliness and meet restaurant requirements
  • practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
  • exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
  • handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
  • cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties if needed
  • communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
  • follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
  • know emergency procedures in the restaurant
  • perform all duties maintaining knowledge of standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
