Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- maintain uniform cleanliness and meet restaurant requirements
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
- exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties if needed
- communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
- follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- perform all duties maintaining knowledge of standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
