Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
reliable and punctual
positive attitude and strong work ethic
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
physical ability to perform duties including standing and carrying items repeatedly

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in a hospitality or food service environment is beneficial but not mandatory
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team setting
positive and friendly attitude
willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures
commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence

Job Duties

Report to work on time and maintain uniform standards
practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during shifts
exemplify hospitality standards and answer guest questions about the restaurant
handle guest requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties when needed
communicate suggestions for improvement positively
follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
report unsafe conditions and properly use materials and equipment
know emergency procedures in the restaurant
perform all duties according to associate handbook standards and procedures
