Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior residents and team members
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure that all food is presented according to the facility's standards
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, understanding their specific dietary needs and preferences
- Assist residents with menu selections, offering choices and taking special dietary requirements into account
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of residents and staff
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and facility protocols
