- One years' experience in a medium range to fine dining food and beverage role
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight for an extended period of time
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to work under pressure
- must have open availability Tuesday-Saturday

Job Duties
- Assist the server in service to assigned tables
- bus tables and clean work areas as needed
- anticipate guest needs and understand when the next course should be presented to the guest
- run food from kitchen to table as required
- roll silverware and polish glasses as needed
- prepare non-alcoholic beverages as requested
