Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast lunch and dinner with weekend availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to team values such as hospitality integrity leadership teamwork ownership and urgency
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service including serving beverages breads etc
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
