Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Available to work full-time hours
  • Willingness to collaborate with diverse teams including front desk, kitchen, and banquet staff

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of restaurant experience is preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Possess good organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills
  • Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work effectively under time deadlines

Job Duties

  • Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Clearing and setting tables properly and with an excellent standard
  • Removing used dishes and utensils appropriately
  • Performing basic side-work as needed or directed by management
  • Responsible for all opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
  • Be comfortable carrying big trays of food or drinks
  • Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
  • Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
  • Ensuring clean facilities at our room service stations, bread stations, and floors
