Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Available to work full-time hours
- Willingness to collaborate with diverse teams including front desk, kitchen, and banquet staff
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of restaurant experience is preferred
- Must be detail oriented and accurate
- Possess good organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills
- Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work effectively under time deadlines
Job Duties
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Clearing and setting tables properly and with an excellent standard
- Removing used dishes and utensils appropriately
- Performing basic side-work as needed or directed by management
- Responsible for all opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
- Be comfortable carrying big trays of food or drinks
- Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
- Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
- Ensuring clean facilities at our room service stations, bread stations, and floors
