Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and all issued training testing throughout employment
  • punctuality and reliable attendance
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • ability to maintain proper personal hygiene and adhere to dress code
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or entertainment environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • aptitude for learning and following company procedures and standards

Job Duties

  • Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to proper health and hygiene standards
  • run food throughout the shift, check all dishes to ensure quality and accuracy
  • follow service standards of food delivery and reset areas timely and efficiently
  • know all table numbers and gaming areas to accurately deliver food to guests
  • maintain gaming equipment condition including sanitation
  • ensure pre bussing is maintained including trash and bus tubs are emptied
  • complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
  • learn and maintain knowledge of food to standard
  • build a rapport with guests, be active in assisting, and communicating requests
  • attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department
  • comply with the company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift
  • follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incident
