- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Monitor incoming orders through the point-of-sale system
- Review order details and prepare necessary items for accurate delivery
- Ensure orders are completed on time, communicating delays to kitchen and restaurant leadership
- Confirm orders are complete with all required items before leaving the kitchen
- Transport meals safely and deliver them to designated service areas or drop zones
- Retrieve trays, lids, and other equipment from service areas back to the kitchen
- Assist with guest service as needed
- Support the kitchen team in expediting orders when required
- Assist with the arrangement and delivery of orders to various outlets including bars, market, and room service
- Other duties as assigned
