Job Duties
- stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition
- greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverages while explain the contents and anticipate/service the guests before request are made
- preparation of condiment and garish items
- assistance with guest service including retrieving drinks from the bar using a tray and safely transporting them to the guest as well as removal from the table
- breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus
