- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior supervisory experience required
- no specific licenses or certifications required
- ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to work on uneven and potentially slippery surfaces
- willingness to perform various physical tasks including bending, reaching, and crouching
