Job Duties
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed
- work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
- assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
- anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness
- learn to operate the Host Stand
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions
- perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
- process all payment methods
- be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
