Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand and move for long periods
- ability to manage multitasking in a dynamic environment
- willingness to develop professionally in customer service and hospitality

Job Duties
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed
- work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
- assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
- anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, exhibiting professionalism and friendliness
- learn to operate the Host Stand
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions
- perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
- process all payment methods
- be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
