Job Duties
- Assist food service employees in delivering food to tables
- maintain cleanliness and attend to needs behind the bar
- clean tables
- carry dirty dishes
- replace soiled table linens
- set tables
- replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes
- serve water, appetizers and coffee to patrons
- develop knowledge of food menu, wine list, floorplan and beverage program
- follow service standards to execute steps of service
- communicate menu details and allergens to guests
- navigate guests through beverage menu and wine list
- enter orders and process payments accurately using POS
- collaborate with team during setup, service and closing
- complete opening and closing side-work
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- comply with all alcohol service regulations
- adhere to attendance rules
- perform additional job related duties as assigned
