Job Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
Must complete ServSafe program
Must be available to work nights and weekends with flexibility for special events
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public
Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and organization
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Ability to perform with considerable independence and initiative
