Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • excellent customer service skills
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as server assistant, busser, or runner
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and teamwork
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests
  • clear and reset tables efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
  • support the team with timely bussing of tables
  • ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
  • restock supplies and service stations as needed
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
