Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- must have strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
- maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas
- refill water glasses and assist with bread, beverages, and other guest needs as directed
- support servers in delivering food and condiments when needed
- restock supplies such as silverware, glassware, and linens to ensure readiness for service
- communicate effectively with team members to provide smooth, timely service
- assist with floor setup and breakdown before and after service
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- provide a friendly and professional presence in the dining room, contributing to a positive guest experience
