Job Requirements
- Some high school education is required
- No previous food service experience required
- Must be able to stand and walk at a fast pace for periods of up to four hours
- Must be able to lift, bend and stoop
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry bus tubs, trays and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply

- Must be able to organize and successfully multitask
Job Duties
- Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain high-efficiency service
- Ensures satisfaction and well-being of all guests
- Maintains cleanliness and restocks front-of-house areas
- Serves water and provides refills as necessary
- Clears dishes and utensils between courses and replaces dishes and utensils after guests leave
- May assist servers in pouring hot beverages such as coffee or tea
