Delaware North Sportservice is a leading hospitality and food service provider with a rich history spanning over 100 years. They operate concessions and premium dining services at some of the most iconic sports venues and entertainment locations around the world. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand or walk for entire shift
- ability to lift, balance and move trays up to 35 pounds
- visual acuity and hearing to take orders and prepare checks
- ability to maneuver between tables and corners
Job Qualifications
- Experience or training as a runner, bar back or busser in similar dining environment preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
- attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant service, food, beverage, and guest information
- assist with running food and beverages to tables
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining room including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors, and windows
- remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables and return them to dishwashing area
- reset tables according to floor plan or management instructions
- remove and empty trash as needed
- assist bartenders with bar set up, maintenance, and service
- assist servers with dining room set up, maintenance, and service
- perform duties as a seasonal game day position
